The following organizational and editorial schedule has been proposed:
11 September 2023: publishing the call for papers and providing the Guidelines for authors
17 October 2023: NEW deadline for registering the paper abstracts!
The paper abstracts should be sent via e-mail by the researchers to fohe@uefiscdi.ro.
6 -23 October 2023: ongloing evaluation of abstracts: The members of the Editorial Board will carefully analyze the abstracts fitting them under the specific topic and provide suggestions for their development into full articles.
17/23 October – 18 December 2023: drafting the research paper: The authors will be asked to finalize the first draft of their papers, while taking into account the possible recommendations coming from the thematic coordinators. The authors will send their papers to the organizers, via e-mail until 18 December 2023. Specific guidelines for authors will be provided by the organizers.
18 December 2023 – 26 January 2024: feedback on the received papers: The Editorial Board will analyze the final papers (forwarded by the organizers) and provide feedback along with potential suggestions of improvement (if necessary). The articles will be sent back to the authors for integration of the received feedback.
26 January – 23 February 2024: first revision of papers: The authors will improve / adjust the papers accordingly, based on the feedback received, providing the final paper to the organizers (also via e-mail until 20 February 2024).
23 February – 10 March 2024: second revision of papers: The Editorial Board will provide a new round of feedback and authors will revise the papers accordingly (pre-conference final version).
20 March 2024: All final papers to be sent to the thematic coordinators in preparation of the Conference.
25 – 26 March 2024: The Future of Higher Education – Bologna Process Researchers’ Conference, fifth edition (FOHE-BPRC5 2024)
10 April 2024: All final papers (post-conference) to be submitted.
November / December 2024: open access publication.
