Conference Details

While located in the field of Higher Education Studies, the selected papers authors explore the convergence and interaction under a growing array of interdependencies, with contributions from Social Sciences such as: Public Policy Studies, European Studies, International Relations or Political Sciences, Economics, etc.
Upon selection based on the abstracts presented, the submitted papers will become part of a volume of proceedings, edited by an international publisher.

Whereas the 6th edition of the FOHE-BPRC did not focus on articles linked to narrow, a few major topics emerged:

Internationalisation & the Bologna Process

Fundamental Values in the EHEA

AI & Digital Transformation

Models, Mechanisms, and Practices

Public Responsibility for and of Higher Education

The European Degree in transformation: institutional, policy, and educational perspectives

The Conference will be structured around several panel sessions, each featuring a distinguished professor designated as the chair and accompanied by three to four authors presenting their scholarly articles. This approach aims for a proactive involvement of participants, by identifying interdisciplinary themes and recommending suitable author-panelists for the proposed sessions.

A selection of international experts evaluated the submitted abstracts (double-blind peer review) and subsequently provide feedback to authors for the development/finalization of their papers. The experts will provide editorial feedback and guidance prior and after the Bologna Process Researchers’ Conference, providing the organizers with a substantiated opinion regarding which articles are fit for publishing in the proceedings volumes.
